I’m just going by what I’ve read in here.. I’ve heard so many time that photos are like watching paint dry… so if that’s the case why do autos if photos are just as fast and bigger???

Just like i said with my autos bigger plants are always gonna take a bit longer! The people u saw complain was @Suki and I believe @Zer0 but both of them vegged the plant to an ungodly size before flipping so course it took longer! U don’t gear them complaining about the size the harvest was tho…. Cept maybe when they had to trim that shit up all at once!

I'm gonna have to disagree with Mark on this one, photos are way slower and the size is comparable if you choose large strains.

Lost my account for awhile… had to make a new account and request my old account equipment. Used to be tatterjp. Made it to tour master before having to start over. They dropped me to tour pro and my old equipment. So now I am master. And I see you are champion! Are you with a country club? Apparently I’m the only one in my club that plays. And it’s not my club.

Ya i am a upper level person in my club! I cam invite peeps to it! Its an OG club thats been around a hot minute! VMFG ranch is one I’m in but they have a 2nd club for peeps that play lots of the team vs team challenges! I am always too stoned to put that much effort in so i am in the more chill club! We use telegram to chat and even have a 420 room with few other growers…. Last i was on but ain’t hit up telegram in a minute! Pretty much once i started growing my club convos started falling off!

And of course your autos are killer u been making good ones a hot minute! I am referring more to the cheapo seeds from some rando mass breeder! Selective breeding will always get u the best shit but lots of seed companies don’t wanna or can’t afford to put in that much time for 1 strain! Thats how firebudz got started! Selective breeding on a single strain to get best results that people then wanted! Then use that strain to expand your line!

Wasn’t going by compliments at all… I was going by what auntie and MOG have taught us and I am almost positive both of them said growing photos compared to autos is like watching paint dry… I have no experience with photos was just trying to help Inkaddict with his question that he asked 420

It's all of that and more. It's gonna be a bummer switching from that even to a trike. But atleast with trikes there's a long history of all the old servi cars that still to me just look drop dead gorgeous and very much still a bike (albeit they turn like a snowmobile lol). These things I've looked at since I was a kid and even back then I thought wow I'd love to own that. There's a lot of beauty to them to my eye. I just don't see it in the new Can Am type models.
Not to take away from how a Can Am might handle but ..

@420Forever would you say you would get more from perpetual photo grows or Auto? I was thinking of using my small tents when I move into a house for Autos and my big tents for photos...maybe add another photo tent with 2 5x5 then ill have a 3x20inx60in and a 4x4 for Autos...all perpetual growing...thanks never done photo grows and I want to try...but I've also seen photos that I've had autos bigger then..thanks

well, as otherz have said, there are diff factorz at play & as alwayz, everybody growz their own different way, so the only true way to find out is to jus plain -> do eet! :smoking: whether photo or auto, they both flower for ruffly the same amount of time either way, so as far as "getting more" from a photo grow basically dependz on how long u veg em for before flippin....and of course, how much space u have, lol ppp
