I just bend the plant down once early and then top. This is currently 44" from top of coco to the light and done stretching for the taller plants

Check out 420autoflwers technique 420autoflwer’s grow he pins the main cola with a bent clothes hanger at 15 days and adjusts daily for 2 weeks.
pretty slick and easy.

I will check it out. I been watching @PeaceLove&Buds too he does some outside the box stuff I wanna try here soon.

I want a bar light. But my old 6 100wt panels work when I get that one freak that's 20"'s taller then the rest of my plants.
