You can always put on more clothing to get warm, but there is only so much you can take off before they cart you off to the hoosegow for public indecency when it gets hot!

That's one reason I've lived at a beach most of my life. I don't want to live where every boob and booty is covered up by two t sweaters and a T shirt!
