Any recommendations on what to clean a bong or rig with?

I've been using 90% alcohol, and just putting it in a ziplock, filling it with alcohol, pushing all the air out and letting it sit over night. But that doesn't seem to get everything. And I can't get in there with a brush.

I use 99% iso(what I can get by the gallon), I mix it with a little Dawn dish soap, then I pour a tablespoon worth of course Kosher salt, plug the neck and stem with hand/fingers and shake for 30-60 seconds. Rinse with clean hot water and you are done, clean as a new born rig!

I have tried various types of salt and the course salt works far better than normal table salt.
