My new routine is to start the week with a relaxing dog walk up the river and back. I've found a gorgeous tree to sit in for my first smoke of the week.

Thanks. I'm currently halfway through my walk. I'm sitting up a tree where birds are tweeting and leaf buds are considering their futures. I had a lovely smoke here in the tree and I feel much better now.
