Have you found the base recipe adequate for your meats? I just finished my first batch. It turned out AMAZING, even in the oven, but I feel like I could increase the seasoning quite a bit. It's got great flavor, just a touch on the mild side (when I want a touch on the WILD SIDE!)
I mix the cure and the seasoning 50/50 in the shaker. I set the meat on paper towels and shake the seasoning on the up side, then flip and sprinkle on the other side. Into the dehydrator/smoker/oven. I use a dehydrator.
Very simple and the seasonings go farther. When using the oven method use a rack so that the heat is evenly applied.
Try not to bite your fingers while eating I have won many jerky prizes with this simple process. :baked:

With the move to discord and the data issue, I need to find some software where I can document my grows and then transfer it to wherever we're at to publish.
I want software where I can keep all the info locally on a separate hard drive or on my laptop.
I want something pretty powerful and yeah I'll pay for the good software. I want to be able to insert pictures, Videos and possible charts.
I'm gonna be doing some different things and will be documenting a bit more extensively.
I am without a clue on the software!
