The mom was in the hospital for 2 weeks refusing meds while I camped out at her house in my hammock taking care of great grandma and the kids. She finally took anti-psychotic meds for 2 days so they would let her out. She's taking care of Grandma now, and I have the kids at my house. CPS got a court order granting me temporary custody of the kids until the mom does 3 kinds of counseling, professionally supervised visits with the kids, and convinces a judge that she can take care of the kids and they'll be safe. It sounds like a long road for her to get the kids back, if at all. Meanwhile I and the wife are old (75 and 72) to handle grade-school kids with behavior problems 24/7! I'll keep going as long as I can to keep them out of foster care. Last night I had to wrestle the 6-year-old to get her to go to bed. Maybe Jiu-Jitsu classes was a mistake. She only weighs 60 pounds but she can throw me if I'm not careful. On Thursday I have cryosurgery to freeze a tumor in my left kidney. They say I might get out of hospital the same day if I'm not peeing too much blood, or the next day. Like Roseanne Rosanadana said, "It's always something."You still got the two kids and Grandma @Mara Cachafa ....?....Mama still sick....?....
