Good Morning Folks...........the weather rollercoaster is still going strong.....Went from thawing and pavement frost to minus double digit temps and 100 kilometer per hour wind gusts. A good day to stay cuddled up indoors and get some seeds planted in the tent. Going to be pretty high around here today..........Smoke em if you got em............. 
It’s a real thing so don’t feel bad.I do a weekly health test at home.
Glucose..blood pressure.. oxygen.. cholesterol..
Read my blood pressure the week before...the morning I went to the docs..and the same night when I'd chilled......I'm in more danger going to the docs than staying away...
