Where'd you get those from? Online or local? Elk is pretty good meat, I prefer it to venison. Brats/sausage with a good spice blend can hide a lot of gamey-ness.

They were part of the bundle I ordered…. Included burgers, brats, steaks, roasts, ground and a few other odds and ends….both elk and bison (although all the brats are elk)…
Twenty-five or so years ago my good friend was dating an American Indian who would give my buddy all kinds of wild game and he hated it so he would give it to me
