I graduated with Sam Bowie (NBA), the man drafted ahead of Michael Jordan. Kind of a big sports folley trivia thing.My first roommate went to school with Vanilla Ice!
My cousins son Eric, was the nose guard for Penn State when they won the '95 Rose Bowl. He was the most recruited nose guard in the country at the time. Everytime I ran into my cousin, he would be all excited, guess who was in my living room trying to recruit the kid, Lou Holtz, Bobby Bowden, Joe Paterno and a shitload of others.
