I wouldn’t put everclear anywhere near an element

I've read that there are "unscented" terpenes for thinning rosin for carts....

The commercial vape pens and cartridges are often thinned with a chemical that makes big clouds. I don't remember what it's called.

Truth be told, I’ve identified both Buffalo and Rochester as places that would work for me…along with a few other places.

I’m really trying to stick it out here, to tell you the truth. Although it also doesn’t make sense to break the law, if something is legal somewhere else. So I’m keeping my options open, and hoping to stay….but getting some ideas of viable places, just in case. That way I don’t have to make a fast decision….

I’m don’t think they’ll be successful in what they’re trying to do….but they are getting rather vocal on the issue, and trying to gain momentum.
