In attempts to not create a shitload of subforums on the new platform that only get a few posts per year; I'm going to create some pinned topics in Live Stoner Chat for some of the Photography Threads.

I think News & Announcements should still be it's own thing (possibly separated, I don't know.)

The idea is to eliminate the amount of clicking you have to do to find content; and some of these forums just don't see a lot of activity.
