Stayed home from work sick today. Thought i was just tired yesterday but woke up in the night with my sinuses swollen and the cold sweats. Starting to feel a little better already tho. I usually get some kind of flu/sinus thing at the start of spring so its right on time.
Making some chicken in the crock pot, tacos tonight and prolly soup with leftover juice tomorrow

Stayed home from work sick today. Thought i was just tired yesterday but woke up in the night with my sinuses swollen and the cold sweats. Starting to feel a little better already tho. I usually get some kind of flu/sinus thing at the start of spring so its right on time.

...do you put v..v.. vegetables in...or are you a veg dodger..?..The amino acids in the chicken carcass are good...but we all need our veggies too..to Super Charge...
...Me and hubby have been a bit off for a few days too...I'm guessing one of the winter bugs..starts with a stick neck..goes into your ears and gives you vertigo...
..So hubby is being really nice..going down to the village to get me tobacco..and get a Chinese...which is a rare treat....and I'm sitting here with the Queazies not sure if I'll be able to eat it when he has went to the effort....

Hydrogen peroxide in my ears really helped with the hard to hold my head up, swaying feeling, and drums beating on my ears
Theres onions ,garlic , cayenne peppers, tomatoes, fresh cilantro and oregano in the crockpot with the chicken. Ill take whatevers leftover from that, adding more if theres not enough n then add celery carrots and some bone broth i have frozen in bags in the freezer. Maybe some beans if i already have some in the cupboard .
Also making Mexican rice with the chicken tonight so i take a scoop of the leftover rice and drop it in each bowl of the soup . Garnish with lime and cilantro
