What is the best supplemental lighting to add in flower? Like, with results!

I am just adding to what I do and would love to hear your advice.

I just use the same lights all the way through on the same setting since I run perpetual. So unfortunately I have no input on this lol

what should we talk about today? Perhaps the best supplemental lighting to add in late flower? That will keep the masses busy a while.

Full spectrum light from seed to harvest is all that is needed

No nothing has changed in the environment. Just doing some pruning and LST

Long ago, I had a long-haired lynx tipped siamese with powder blue eyes named Darla. The name came to me in a dream the night before I met the cat, so it seemed meant to be. She wasn’t a large cat like those, though. She was actually kinda small.

Seeing the pics of the kitten triggers those memories which is cool.
