When I moved back to IL, one of the first qualifiers was 'cannabis legality'. My neighbor looks at me inquisitively sometimes like ,"how are you paying your mortgage?"... doesn't understand that I paid almost 2x that amount in rent when I lived in Denver...Oh I’ve also perused Zillow Missouri….all the places that have favorable cannabis growing laws are on the table if and when the time comes. Good news is I bought this place a few months before real estate prices went up…so I’ve gained some equity
