It has been about 6 or more years since I stopped eating beef 
TBT I don't remember how long it has been now. I have just been craving corned beef hash-n-eggs. So I was researching and found out that most Irish folks eat corned pork. How could I have lived all these years and not known that? As soon as I have space in the frig, I will be pickling some pork.
