Finally an update!!! Day 67

Things are going just great! These buds are fattening up nicely. I even went out of town for a few days, came back and things were looking good. Such an easy strain to grow!

My only concern now is the humidity. Even with the dehumidifier running and extraction fan on high, RH is 61%. Hopefully this weather will clear out of here tonight and that will come down.

I've been using the dry Koolbloom at 1/8th tsp (per gallon), 1.5 ml of Cal/Mag, 5 ml of Bloom nutes. Alternating with Sugar Load Molassas at 1/2 Tbs combined with 1.5 ml of Cal/Mag. Plants seem to like it. Still on a 20/4 schedule.

Did a Trich check today on both. Just a bit of clear, rest is cloudy. Anybody have a guess on how long I should wait before they go on the Supermodel diet?

They look fantastic. How do you like the trichs? My recent Ripleys went 84 days. I probably let it go a bit long. It had more amber than we usually let them get. My wife has a hard time getting out of her chair after smoking it. If you lean more to mostly cloudy I'd say you could start the diet anytime now. I think my HBSS grows have been in the 65- 80 day range. If you like them amber you could go longer. Great job.

I am so new at this that I'm not too sure how I like my trichs. I want different effects for different times of the day/activities. I need a peppy, creative lift for daytime and a relaxing body/head high for night. I think you take them at cloudy for a more peppy effect and amber(ish) for the heavier effect?

I have sampled the Ripley's and it is good! Gives me a goofy smile and a relaxed feeling, but I can still work. I think I will let her go a bit longer before I put her on the diet. She may be my night time knock-out if she works for me like she does your wife. I'm sampling the HBSS right this minute to see how I like her at 95% cloudy - no amber... She will most likely go on the diet this weekend . Haven't had any flower for about a month. I'm trying to be patient. These samples help .

Hey Medijane... this was very hard for me to figure out too... I finally, after sampling different ages decided that for the most part, I like mine when the trichomes are mostly cloudy with hints of amber... like this...

If I can randomly move the scope from site to site and find images like this... mostly clouds with hints of creamy coffee and amber... it's ready and I can expect to get super stoned and after spacing out for a while, start fiddling with something or other for hours on end...

I think Marga likes it a little darker... sample your way to harvest and you'll get a good idea of what it was like and subsequently, how it finished... half the fun!

I let my HBSS get too Amber. I don't like it, rarely use it.
Next time I will harvest right where you are now.
