New grow.. Watering question

The guy at my grow shop said I'd need some, so I bought some Roots Organic Cal Mag. I think it's organic (not a salt), so it goes well with MC. Thanks!



Yeah, I was going to go with 2g/gal of the MC at around 3 weeks. Thanks for confirming!

My current plant is 3 weeks and a day old. Growing in, ProMixHP and 40% perlite. Didn't use any Mega Crop until 14 days and am currently only feeding @ 1/3 the recommended amount of Mega Crop and 50% of Cal/Mag. Next week I will up the ratios to 50%.

I am concerned about you overfeeding your plants in that soil is all. Here's what she looks like now after 8 days of being fed 1/3rd amount recommended in a soiless medium.

Do you have any tips on how to water/weigh them and keep you tent from getting gross? Do you take them out when watering/weighing? Put them in containers/pans in the tent maybe?
