Lighting Question: LED growlight to start seedlings

Remembered that I have these lights in my cellar. Would that get me through the first few weeks before I move her outside? Too hot maybe?

That bulb is too red for vegging @2900K I would look to CFLs 6500K (cheap). Just keep them close.

Doing it this way. 8w CFL is what I had. Put it close, about 10cm. Don't know if it will help, but I'm going to get a stronger one this week.
