It’s approximately 48 hours to five days. Depends on the ambient temperature and how well the yeast is working. Get a high proof spirit hydrometer and you can judge better with it.

Thanks it seems easy enough.

I really do like it and if you ever decide to drink any it goes down way smoother than any grain alcohol. My one friend that likes cherries soaked in moonshine now prefers using mine because it tastes cleaner.

I have a recipe around here somewhere that uses pineapple for the sugar. Tastes real good until you go over 100proof, then it just tastes like alcohol.
