Seeds not developing on hermie

I decided I have a hermie but as its my only plant I left it a week or so longer keep saying I'll cut it down next week but its still here lol

The seeds don't seem to be developing and it's not getting any bigger, I think the smell has changed also a bit like when there in veg
Sticky to touch and getting slightly more snowy

Been away this week end come home the buds have fattened and a lot more trycomes as well
