But if you put the pH down straight in to the water, it can hurt your nutrients in the water if ive heard right.
 
Hmmmm.....possible. But every time I have done it that way. The plants showed no sign of stress. Not saying your wrong. And my ph stays in better range and ppm are lower. Gonna need to find more clarification on this subject. This is a good one.

Update: ph levels have been really good 5.9-6.1. Temps 78-82 humidity between 40-48. I have been doing some bending to keep the canopy leveled (two branches were super cropped, not enough to break skin but pliable enough to bend).
