Watering in solo cups

Hi, What’s the correct way to water seedlings in solo cups ( coco ) how much water should i give them each day.? ( day 1 to day 12) Thanks

Every other day for first couple then everyday once a day enough for runoff not sure exactly how much I use it's hard to over water them if your only doing it once a day in solo cups

I weigh mine and water at 60% loss when seedlings. In full veg and bloom I feed to saturation everyday till harvest

little late to reply but it always works well so I posted.

Love the weight idea, would give constant measurements and can adjust based on soil composition or growing with other mediums!

I used a large 100 ml syringe to water my seedlings in soil, starting Day 3 after sprout around 40 ml and slowly increase volumes every 3 days. The seedlings are in mesh seedling bags, which dry quicker and air prune like fabric pot.
