I remember it. I also watch Pinky Lee fall on a live performance ... This was very early brain washing by the Draconfians.

"In September 1955, Lee collapsed on camera during a live show due to illness.[11] His normal antics were so energetic that apparently the cameraman and the show's director assumed the fall an ad lib part of his performance. The "Peanut Gallery", an audience usually composed almost entirely of pre-adolescent children who were coached by a staff member, continued their enthusiastic cheering and applause from the on-stage bleachers. After as much as ten seconds of writhing by the stricken Lee, the camera abruptly panned to the still-cheering audience. The following afternoons Pinky Lee was not present. This effectively ended his leading role on the show, which continued without him until June 9, 1956.[5]

WOW! I SAW IT TOO. IT'S ME IT'S ME MY NAME IS PINKY LEE! BOOM! HE HIT THE FLOOR. :crying: traumatic for us little kids.

OK a tale from the mid 50's. I remember watching my first tv show and yes it was the WWoD, Wonderful World of Disney. On a Western TV show I remember seeing a cowboy being shot off a horse by the cowboy in the white hat. It occurred to me that this actor/cowboy died from the bullet. I then thought who would be willing to die like that? Oh, they must be prisoners who are on death row and they chose to die on TV instead of being hung. Then as I saw more and more executions on TV I thought what will happen when they run out of death row inmates.

@Nosias . I can't remember my first tv show? but some of my favs were Amos and Andy , skyking, Red skelton , later on Rawhide, have gun will travel, and Twilight Zone. :pass:
