Why are some of my seedlings bent

Ok..first off.....hps (high pressure sodium) is something I've never heard of being dual veg n flower....hps is/was our old flowering light. MH (metal halide) was the blue we used with veg growth...granted, a lot has changed in the years I was not growing, but that telltale yellow hue says hps. Since no measurements have been done at the canopy level, just saying "your lights are too high" could cause this person to burn his whole crop up seeing as he's using HID lights. More info is really needed to make judgements like that.

Both grown under same Leds... and same height..
Not saying lights are not too high, just saying we don't have enough info.
