Once every year or 2 they reintroduce another bill. Hopefully it passes. It would be a shame to go another year with it legal on all 4 sides but not here.

politician and lawmakers announce a lot, when it offers some kind of temporary advantage. I bet, if that bill would be about "really important stuff" - like tax raise - it would have passed long ago...
