Is there a cheap'ish, like sub-$500 smoker a guy could buy to start getting into smoking? I had an electric smoker years back, and honestly loved it (so simple,) but it crapped out over time and I never replaced it. Haven't smoke anything in probably 8+ years.

I don't need anything fancy; just quality enough to produce something my fat ass will eat (the bar is not set very high here, but I'm trying to raise it.)
