Man I've seen what you make on that thing, you don't fuck around lol.
Had mine over a decade. Left outside, never covered or anything. Friend still has it. Just recommend a wireless thermometer to check inside temp, a charcoal chimney, and welders gloves. Great for chicken, ribs, and pork. Super easy for a smoker. Runs on regular Kingsford brickettes and optional chunks of wood. Fits a ton more food then anything with a flat grate to cook on. It'll run year round in NJ. Can't beat it for under $500:pass:
